With the geminigooglemaps Plugin, it is possible to use the maps from Google on your TV. Following features are available:

  • Search and save places.
  • Selectable map type.
  • Support for KML files. Files must be saved in the Gemini-Cache.
  • Info concerning the buttons over the Help button.

Integration with other GP3 Plugins

When using images in GP3, the position for images with GPS informations can be displayed directly in the Google Maps Plugin. Following Gemini Plugins offer the same feature:

  • Facebook postings with GPS informations.
  • Tweets with GPS informations.

Installation / Deinstallation

The geminigooglemaps plugin can be installed / removed in different ways:

Restart Enigma2 after the installation, or reboot the Dreambox.
