GP3.2 Webcamviewer

With the geminiwebcam plugin it's possible to view many webcams. The desired refresh time of the webcam picture is configurable over the colored buttons. Webcams from Webcams.travel are integrated, inclusive preview images and Time Lapse display (if available).

Installation / Deinstallation

The geminiwebcam plugin can be installed / removed in different ways:

Restart Enigma2 after the installation, or reboot the Dreambox.

Operation

Entry	Description
Interval -	Reduce interval time with 1 sec.
Interval +	Increase interval time with 1 sec.
Time Lapse	If available, the colored button starts the Time Lapse of the selected webcam. Webcams with Time Lapse view are marked with a blue dot.
OK	Open the selected category (e.g. webcams.travel) or webcam.
EXIT	Close the webcam view, or the selected category.

Configuration file

The links for the different webcams are saved in the XML file gemini_webcams.xml in the directory /etc/enigma2/.

With older geminiwebcam versions (< v1.1) the name of the XML file is gemini_webcam.xml.
