Gibt es im allgemeinen Kundenforum von Dream Multimedia.
- Im DB8000 VIP-Forum nur für DB8000 Besitzer (Forum wurde geschlossen und ist nur im Lesemodus verfügbar)
- Über das Support-Ticketsystem des Herstellers.
- und wenn nichts mehr geht die RMA Seite von DMM
