Installation via web browser

You need:

• Dreambox connected to the router/AP by cable
• A router/AP with active DHCP server
• A browser (IE, Opera, Firefox)
• A recent image with extention (*.tar.xz)

Install firmware

1. Bring the Dreambox in the stop mode of the Rescue Loader.
2. Access the Rescue Loader with the web browser.
3. Choose Firmware upload.
4. Use browse... to select the image.
5. Start the upload with Go!.
6. After the successful installation, click Click here to reboot to reboot the dreambox.
7. Have fun with the configuration of the new image.
